This policy explains how Jeu vert inc., operating as Greenplay and Allons covoiturage (“we”), handles personal information when you visit https://allons.social, use the Allons mobile app, or contact us.

Information we collect
Depending on how you use Allons, we may collect: name, email, phone number, and carpooling preferences; trip origin, destination, schedule, and acceptable detour; app location data if you allow it; in-trip chat messages; contact or demo form content; technical identifiers (IP address, device type, pages viewed); and, if you accept cookies, audience metrics.
Why we use it
We use this information to match drivers and passengers, show meeting points, secure accounts, answer your requests, improve the service, produce impact (GHG) reports for partners, and — only with your consent — measure website audience.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies that are required for it to work. Google Analytics and the Meta pixel load only if you accept cookies in the banner. You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
Vendors and hosting
Hosting, authentication, and some storage are provided by Google (Firebase / Google Cloud, northamerica-northeast1 when available). Apple and Google also process data under their own policies when you download Allons from their stores.
Retention
We keep account and trip data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal duties, then delete or anonymize it. Technical logs are kept for a limited time for security.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw a consent (cookies, location). These rights apply under Quebec’s private-sector privacy act (Law 25) and, where applicable, PIPEDA. Email info@greenplay.social. You may also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
Children
Allons is intended for people who can carpool. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top is authoritative. We will flag material changes clearly on the site.
