Allons to the mountain

Carpooling is coming to Quebec's ski resorts! We're pleased to offer Allons covoiturage, a Quebec-made mobile app designed for tourism.

This initiative was launched by MT Lab and Greenplay, in collaboration with Tourisme Lanaudière, Tourisme Laurentides, Tourisme Cantons-de-l'Est, Tourisme Montérégie, and the Quebec Ski Areas Association (ASSQ), to promote sustainable mobility across Quebec's tourism industry.

With the mobile app, users can publish their trips and get matched with others making the same journey. An email is sent as soon as a match is found, with all the details needed to plan the carpool.

The initiative makes the mountain more accessible for people without a car, reduces GHG emissions from solo trips, and helps outdoor enthusiasts meet. For every trip completed, participants also earn rewards redeemable with partner businesses.
